On the third Tuesday of each month between 4-7 a family law attorney hosts a segment where families can ask questions about such issues as divorce and custody. Services also provided through the Focus On the First five include: home visiting for parents of children birth to three years where a trained professional comes with an activity for parent and child to do together as well as answer any questions or concerns, early childhood services- information available through the B-H-K Child Development Partners Page- they provide comprehensive early childhood services including connections to high quality preschool and childcare and health and developmental screenings. Each summer professionals conduct free comprehensive health and developmental screenings for all kids birth to five. There are also play groups, area preschools and support groups for parents of kids with disabilities, dads, pregnancy and teen parents. There are lists for story hours, a mobile lending library, parenting classes, wellness programs and Parent Resource Rooms. Need a Place to Play with your kids?
