REMC #1 is one of Michigan's 22 Regional Educational Media Centers.
REMC #1 is a service of the Copper Country Intermediate School District (CCISD)
and the Gogebic-Ontonagon Intermediate School District (GOISD). It serves
the public and private schools in Baraga, Gogebic, Houghton, Keweenaw, and
Ontonagon Counties. Within the five counties, REMC #1 serves over 12,000
students and approximately 700 educators.
