| Everyone Together Macomb
is a volunteer parent driven network. We believe that all students,
even those with the most significant disabilities, can be successful
and valued members of their neighborhood schools and communities.
While parent driven, we want to work in collaboration and encourage
the active participation of teachers, therapists, administrators, and
any community members that share in our belief. |
| We hold events to
network, share successes, and educate parents, school professionals,
and the community on topics that are consistent with our mission. We
take an active roll in influencing positive policy and legislative
changes that support our mission. |

| We support a concept
called Universal Education, which embraces a differentiated approach
to learning and acknowledges that all children learn differently,
enter the classroom at different academic levels, and have very
diverse abilities, disabilities, innate skills, gifts, and talents. |
