United Cerebral Palsy Michigan (UCP Michigan)

A non-profit advocacy organization that works for the productivity, independence and full citizenship of people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. Find up-to-date information about the latest research on the causes and treatment of cerebral palsy, strategies for independence of people with cerebral palsy, and information about housing, special education, employment, technology and equipment, public benefits, laws and other government actions on disability issues names, numbers of where to go for services and many other subjects.

 

United Cerebral Palsy of Metro Detroit (UCP Metro-Detroit)

Provides an array of services for people with disabilities, including advocacy, employment services, assistive technology, community outreach and much, much more. The site allows full and equal access to blind or visually impaired visitors who use screen-reading or magnification technology. One-Stop Resource Guides to help you locate the assistance you need can be downloaded on numerous topics including: arts, assistive technology, autism, brain injury, deafness and hard of hearing, housing, independent living, special education, transportation and vocational rehabilitation.
