Programs That Provide Health-related Services: Disabilities

Children Special Health Care Services (CSHCS)
CSHCS is a program within the Michigan Department of Community Health. It is for children and some adults with special health care needs and their families and offers diagnostic evaluation to determine a qualifying condition. Find out who can join CSHCS and who to contact if you have questions.
 

Local Health Departments

Makes available a local health department map with contact information.

 
Local Mental Health Services

You can download and view a list of local Community Mental Health Services Programs (CMHSPs).

 

Part C: Early On

Find information on Michigan’s statewide, comprehensive, coordinated interagency system of early intervention services for infants and toddlers birth to age three years with disabilities and their families.
