The Michigan Family-to-Family Health Information and Education
Center (F2FHIEC) recently developed a Medical Home Training Module
for Physicians. The module helps to promote the Medical Home
Model for children with special health care needs. As support
parents for families who deal with physicians on a regular basis you
are invited to attend a special Medical Home Training Meeting:
