Eligible Youth
A youth must meet the following criteria:
• Youth was in foster care on or after their 14th birthday because of abuse or neglect
                               OR
• Youth was adopted from foster care on or after his/her 16th birthday (if adopted prior to 16th birthday youth is NOT eligible)
