ETV eligibility continued
• Youth has a high school diploma or GED
• Youth
is under the age of 21
Youth is eligible until his/her 21st birthday if youth meets the
criteria. If the youth participated in the ETV
program before his/her 21st birthday, eligibility continues until age
23 provided youth receives at least a 2.0 GPA
