Youth must also provide documentation to support need:
• Rent/housing: copy of lease agreement
• Computer: copy of print out of computer you plan to purchase
• Transportation expense: copy of payment stubs and
car insurance
• Daycare: written documentation of FIA denial through FIP program and written
statement from daycare provider
