 WHERE: St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Education Center, Exhibition Room, 5305 Elliott 
Drive, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197 (Washtenaw County)
 Description/Keynote Information: Free, 2-part series to help participants 
understand, identify and respond helpfully to teen alcohol/other drug problems. 
Presented by Dawn Farm Youth & Family Services. Inclusive of parents, families, 
teens, professionals, students – open to all.
 Additional info: Part 2 has separate sessions for adults to learn 
strategies to effectively help when adolescent alcohol/other drug use is 
suspected, and for teens to explore the personal effects of substance use. Part 
2 takes place on the 2nd Tuesdays of October, November, January, February, 
March, April, May, and June.

Autism-ASK Support Groups: 
The parents group meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from 10-11:30. 
The men's group meets on the 3rd Saturday 
of the month from 11-12:30. The women's group 
meets on the 1st Saturday of the month from 11-12:30. Our next meeting will be 
Oct. 1st. The men's and women's group is for people who have autism and are 20 
or older. The parents group is for parents, grandparents or caregivers who have 
a loved one with an ASD diagnosis. All groups meet at Autism-ASK, 4345 Meigs 
Ave. Waterford, 48329.
