Project FORUM identifies information needed to improve the management,
administration, delivery and effectiveness of education programs and
services, and promotes utilization of research data and other
information for improving outcomes for infants, toddlers, children and
youth with disabilities. It provides information on emerging issues,
studies critical issues, maintains a library of State policy documents,
and convenes small work groups to gather expert input related to
specific topics.
